Presidents of the chosen organizations
Ladies and Gentlemen

Within the framework of the excellent cooperation which exists between our Embassy and your worthy organizations, I have the honor and the great pleasure to preside over the signing ceremony for these grants.  The total amount of these four grants is 118,000 US Dollars.  Our main objective, through these grants, is to support the efforts that your organizations are making in the field of human rights and the fight against poverty.

Ladies and Gentlemen

The selection of your organizations was made according to transparent and objective criteria.  Among these criteria is the preponderant role that your organizations are playing in inculcating the values of democracy, liberty, and respect for human rights. The present projects touch on several different concerns among which are the rights of women and children and the support of national programs in the area of human rights.
Thank you.
